Currently, any sample that moves from the TMI database into Qiita is pushed into study 10317 (American Gut Project). While that will still receive the bulk of the samples running through the TMI system, we've decided that some projects should go to other Qiita studies.
For the admin UI side we've added the column Qiita Study ID in Manage Projects and the option to fill the field in the modal Create New Project.
