Calculates Lineage Data in new Lineages.py file
Returns data through DataManager.py
Extremely small test sample. Testing causes error when Patrilineage and Matrilineage are different lengths, which is allowed.
I couldn't figure out why/how to solve so I've removed that test because the actual data is correct
