Closes #136
Moved all of our GoVizzy and UI Python files into a single directory that is less confusingly named. Made that into a proper Python module to ease unit testing. Fixed build, clean, and .gitignore.
Tested by manually running all three modes and ensuring features were not lost. Ran existing test script.
