this PR undoes #873 in favour for a new, more dynamic and (from my testing) more performant system for allowing people with CSS access to access certain page properties.
--scrollhas been renamed to--scroll-y, and two new variables,--mouse-xand--mouse-yhave been added. this change makes it clear for future contributors where these features can be added (at the top oflayouts/profile/script.js).
