This prevents unneccesary `workspace` field from being created.
BREAKING CHANGE: The project structure are renewed completely. BREAKING CHANGE: Abandon `--report`, `--summary`, and `--post-commit` options from the CLI.
This ensures the default bahavior of each preset tasks (fmt, lint, test)
