Implemented Dynamic Banner loading at Category Page and Improved Homepage Responsiveness

Description:

This PR includes enhancements to the homepage by making the categories section and the bottom card section responsive. Additionally, the Banner component has been updated to be dynamic based on the category data passed as props.

Changes Made:

• Dynamic Banner on Category Page:
• Responsive Categories Section:
  • Implemented Grid for the categories section to ensure proper layout on different screen sizes.
  • Adjusted spacing and alignment to enhance user experience on mobile devices.
• Responsive Bottom Card Section:
  • Updated the bottom card section to be responsive, ensuring cards stack vertically on smaller screens and maintain a grid layout on larger screens.
