More fixes for Soul Blazer Archipelago 0.3.1
- Removed the Settings icon for Open Act Progression. It wasn't needed as you can see the leader items automatically light up when it's unlocked.
- Add new locations for Soul of Magician and Soul of Shield.
- Added memory watches for the various special soul locations
- Decouple leader souls from their checks
- Bugfixed the memory watch for Archipelago misc checks not being big enough.
Note: This is the second release of beta3. The previous release needed a minor bugfix and I didn't want to make a new beta version just for that.
