Implemented desktop extension to unblock file modified by UWP app and to modify system files directly(User needs to provide admin access to Notepads to modify system file). Unblocking file with desktop component makes it easier for user to edit PowerShell, Batch and VB script files without having any issue while running them(No issue of not digitally signed #732).
