tooltips rewritten - now set with OnTooltipSetItem

  • fixes bugs with tooltips not loading correctly on actionbar, tradeskills, hyperlinks, comparison windows, etc

added reagent tooltip - on tradeskill windows when you hover over recipe item will display reagents and prices

rearranged stack price / item price so it is the same in every window

  • data on left, prices on the right

changed stack price to display as a money string instead of plain text

added auction snapshot data into memory for future use
