Minor update to fix the smash animations. They didn't seem "vectory" enough. Now I use circles which increase in size.

The rom was tweaked to display the title screen on launch for 4 seconds before reverting to default
title screen now displays title "VECTOR KONG" logo on the title screen
some tidying up

Graphical tweaks. A few things that didn't feel right after playing through the test release a few times.

Hammer - Added destruction lines when smashing
Bonus timer - timer turns red when time is running out
Dying Mario - fix his fat head, mustache and cap, it just didn't look right
Dying Mario - fix his lumpy butt and shift his pocket up.
Climbing Mario - fix the back of his overalls
"I" and "II" characters added - for 2 player games
