Bumps the template to use the latest version of 11ty.
In reference to the issue mentioned at patrickxchong/eleventy-plugin-svg-sprite#11:
globpackage between v8 and 10; using v8 causes everything to play nicely, version 10 does not. This is something that @patrickxchong might want to look into at some point.[Edit] Netlify deploy is failing below… not 100% sure of the cause of that at the moment because "it works on my machine" (Node 16). Might have time to look into this later… (also might not), but hope this get you going somewhere @shanerobinson
