WPS processes for the GLUES (http://modul-a.nachhaltiges-landmanagement.de/) project.
WPS4R (https://wiki.52north.org/bin/view/Geostatistics/WPS4R) allows to share R (http://r-project.org/) scripts as interoperable web processes. In GLUES the following processes have been modelled as web processes:
- System Archetypes (
/WPS4R/system-archetypes-original): This process consists of two scripts for data preprocessing and calculation of global land use classes based on a variety of data sets. The process uses self organizing maps and produces a variety of output plots.
