Improvements:
- Sorting of items is now from new to old, as it would be on the site part

Bugfixes:
- User with create acces, but not with special privilages, would not see the new button for periodicals
- No check was performed on processing an action if the user had the proper rights. This is now fixed
- XML file referenced language files improperly resulting in (non-fatal) install errors
