Version 2.1.1 Beta - Rewrite

This version is very much in Alpha production.

This release rewrites the app into two separate items, the ops.py file and the tagging.py file. These files should theoretically be able to be launched from app.py, however, if this does not work, please file a bug report with as much information as possible so that I can fix it ASAP.

Patch for NTPLIB

Patch removes NTPLIB, as it is not actually used, clock issues were nonexistent.
