Modelling the Spread of COVID-19 in Alberta using an SIR Model and Simulating the Disease using a Spatial Network

The repository includes the following:

(1) The R code for simulations. Further instructions for modifying the simulation parameters are commented on the file.

(2) The public COVID-19 data that was acquired from AHS at the time of writing.

(3) The .pdf file of the final report.
