Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If a user currently creates inappropriate drawings we as a team do not have the possibility to remove these images and have to paint over them by hand.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implementation of an endpoint for resetting pixel region or a pixel list (admins only).
Possibly also a banflag can be passed, which triggers a reset of the pixels belonging to the user.

Suggestion: Add the posibility to revert (or set to specific color) the pixels of a specific person in a given time frame.
(Like: Set all pixels to white that where placed in the last 24h by person xyz)
should be easy doable with the info from the pixel owner db.

Your suggestion would be enhancement of the implemented reset funcitonality and should be therefore moved to a different issue.
