The rename release! Rename of RelayKeys - to AceRK

We've had to change the name of the BLE device due to a bizarre situation where TobiiDynavox iSeries devices were not seeing "RelayKeys" - so now called "AceRK". A few more little features added to support command line usage of wireless/wired mode.
