Create a virtual environment

Install the libraries with file requirements.txt

For run project

Run file run.py

if you don't have the "CV" directory in the "static" directory, make it with the name "CV"

Inside the "IMG" directory there is an image taken with the surveillance camera in which a person appears, this image is used to test the operation of "galeriecv" which will identify the person and lock it in a box.
