The general idea:

We know from our other training experiences and surveys that people like pathway analysis and also RNA-seq. We currently have some microarray based pathway analyses (that need updating too #173) but we don't have any material for pathway analysis for RNA-seq.

Some material can be be borrowed from training-modules: https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/training-modules/tree/master/pathway-analysis

As of now, this includes using ORA, GSEA, and GSVA (each of which will be broken out into their own issues).

I think getting ORA and GSEA (and GSVA?) modules before going live makes sense, but from discussions with @dvenprasad it won't be a requirement for doing some usability testing.

I've removed the "before going live" label for this because our staging process makes it so this is not completely necessary to get out "before going live" and we can get it out there once its ready and complete.
