AP-694 Sommelier Finance

Build out a set of contract to enable spinning up vaults that target Sommelier pools as yield sources. Our initial target pool will be the Real Yield ETH Pool:

Vaults should:

1. accept USDC deposit
2. swap to wrapped ETH or another of the supported assets
3. deposit into the pool
4. credit vault share tokens to endowment

Reverse the steps for redeeming, burning N share tokens and returning USDC back to the Endowment's account on Polygon.
