Second, rename permaprops.lua.mysql or permaprops.lua.sqlite to permaprops.lua

Third, restart your server

On server side :

pps_sqlite_to_mysql : Migrate from SQLite to Mysql pps_mysql_to_sqlite : Migrate from MySQL to SQLite
