Remove mpris-proxy.service from Dotfiles + General cleanup of procedures

mpris-proxy.service has been upstreamed into bluez and is now shipped with the bluez-utils since [version 0.59](https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/bluez/-/commit/b698a3d5dfa06597c00bbd70a345e0b70631c8cd#9b9baac1eb9b72790eef5540a1685306fc43fd6c_108_108)
