This is a personal project that was also used to validate my IBM Data Science Professional Certificate.
The goal of this project is to answer the following question: Where is a “good place” to buy a house in France and at what price?
You can have a very quick overview of the project by looking at the presentation support :
You can read the report to understand the project:
The project's details can be found in four separate jupyter notebooks:
- Pre-processing data about the communes
- Pre-processing the real estate transaction records
- Data analysis
- Estimating house prices in Clermont-Ferrand
