* Update wordpress monorepo

* Downgrade dataviews, let's leave that for a separate PR.

* Copy `structuredClone` into jest-environment-jsdom

* Add ts-expect-error for WordPress/gutenberg#67847

* Apparently we can't use a ts file everywhere.
