No particular notes for this release. It's just a version bump since there were packaging problems building the 1.6.4 release for conda-forge. Many of the problems stemmed from transitioning the software we use to report version numbers (based on GitHub tags and commits) from the python-versioneer to setuptools-scm. Hopefully, all the problems are resolved with the versioning software.
