 For documentation, I've found that [this article collection from UChicago](https://uchicago.service-now.com/it?id=kb_article&kb=KB00016472) is more helpful that what UT offers. Both unis seem to have similar Sympa instances; the admin config options are named similarly. The UChicago articles expand on how different options behave.
