j-tunes

Overview

This program makes use of built to order applescipts, and premade applescripts to control iTunes.

Supported Platforms

• OSX (tested on 10.14 Mojave)

Usage

Music will play/pause if no flags speciifed

$pp                   # play/pause track
$pl <playlist-name>   # play specified playlist 
$t  <track-name>      # play specified track
$n                    # play next track
$pr                   # play previous track
$l                    # list information of current track
$s                    # shuffle state on
$so                   # shuffle state off
$r                    # repeat on
$r1                   # single track repeat on
$ro                   # repeat off
$h                    # print help

Instalation

Only tested with ZSH, add the following to .zshrc

export CLASSPATH=.:/Users/username/location_of_cloned_project/jtunes

jt() {
    java JTunes $@
}
