JIRA -> BAH-3786

In this PR, the following change have been made to the Dockerfile -

  • Modify the Dockerfile of the bahmni-odoo image to exclude the initialization of metadata.
  • Implement soft linking functionality within the Dockerfile to dynamically link the necessary metadata files from bahmni-config during container startup.
