Many changes to gui #17

There are many changes in this PR. Most significant of them are below

Installation is via setuptools now Installing gui using setup.py #1
Python2/Python3 compatible files (needs more testing).
Re-factoring is huge in this PR to make sure that gui work as python module.
Examples from paper are in the source. To run these demo, moose-examples paths need not to be specified.
Various cleanups (some of which may not be desirable)
Everything works
Everything works with Python3

Tested on ubuntu-14.04 with pyhon2. On OpenSUSE with python3 and python3-qt4, results are encouraging.
