bb_monitor

Code to send image and calculated quantities from current recordings to a Telegram monitor bot.

Installation (includes dependencies):

git clone https://github.com/BioroboticsLab/bb_monitor.git
cd bb_monitor
pip install .

Running

create a file 'user_config.py' and set the correct values. The script will read this file if it exists. Then run:

python bb_monitor.py
