As mentioned in #71 I created a little tutorial on how to use the API in python itself. This should provide a decent entry point for new users.

I think Sphinx has to be configured to include the new page into the doctree, but I am not familiar with Sphinx at all. The html is generated but not linked from the index page.

I removed the programmatically part from the tutorial and made a dedicated page for it. I added some step by step explanation and decode example for game events and message events.
