Hi team,
I am testing Cansig on our HGSOC dataset and so far it's looking good. I am really interested in the interpretation of differential CNVs since it's specially relevant in this type of cancer. After running the pipeline I see that there isn't any plot for the interpretation of the CNV analysis like the one in your manuscript. Are you planning on adding this plots? If not could you please share the code for reproducing it? I think it will facilitate the interpretation of the CNVs for the users.

I found the code in your preprint's repository. I still consider it would be a nice addition to the default outputs from CanSig though.
