Seems like the code is currently not compatible with the M1 chip

Error thrown:

zsh: Illegal hardware instruction
UserWarning: resource_tracker: There appear to be 1 leaked semaphore objects to clean up at shutdown
 warnings.warn('resource_tracker: There appear to be %d '

Did you experience any problems like this with the private version of the repo? E.g., when doing GSEA or Leiden clustering?
