Anycubic support "support"
Suggests, then insists in using their Anycubic slicer, kindly providing links to windows version multiple times, while it has been repeatedly stated that this environment is Linux-only. Useless.
I haven't yet compiled and tried https://github.com/ANYCUBIC-3D/AnycubicSlicer_Prusa
A somewhat more usable reply from support arrived now, saying that my suggestions were added to the development schedule, and next firmware update (August/September) may incorporate those. My "suggestions" were all about accessing the printer from a LAN.
Just today (Jul 23) did I contact support again for another quirk: my Kobra 3 appears to suffer from a thermal problem, which manifests by the printer resetting shortly after having started a print (first few layers) - but only at daytime during hot days. Printing at night when temperature dropped a bit works again. The "AI" support suggested to contact human support right away - which is what I then did.
Support replied now by suggesting to check proper voltage setting on the power supply AC input and asks for a video showing how a sudden reboot looks like.
