  1. Add basic testing infrastructure. 

    Each .query file contains some command-line arguments that are passed to
the binary.  It is must be accompanied by a .expected file that contains
the expected output.

  2. Add some tests and run them in CI. 

    Also fix a bug with demangling libcalls and fix another issue with
trieste's use of snmalloc.
