| Firstly there must be a heirarchical underestanding of how we represent data and configurations. Note that these aren't 1:1 with the data and configurations, these are for the heirarchical framing of how those are organized. |

To support this, it is essential to define a hierarchical framework for organizing and representing data and configurations. This framework provides a logical structure to facilitate understanding and management, rather than serving as a direct 1:1 representation of the data and configurations themselves.
