Before updates of RecHitTools in CMSSW_11_0_0_pre3

This version is a backup of the ntupliser before making use of new features of the RecHitTools that are needed for making use of the D41 geometry.

Before change of dEdx weights in CMSSW

This release is based on CMSSW_10_3_0_pre5 and should work up to CMSSW_10_4_0_pre2. Starting from CMSSW_10_4_0_pre3 (cms-sw/cmssw#25208), the handling of the calibration weights has been rewritten to be more generic and play nicely with eras.

Last version confirmed to run with TDR samples

The InputTag for std::vectorreco::HGCalMultiCluster changed from hgcalLayerClusters to hgcalMultiClusters. The new default will be the former.
