This PR renames the dictionary and head category following the recommendations discussed in PR COMCIFS/cif_core#488.
Changes to the DICTIONARY_AUDIT loop were made based on discussions in PR #80. Namely, since version 0.9.6 was at one point made publicly available on the IUCr website, it should not be further modified.
