This is a minor release which includes improvements to the app.geo.ca web application, translation fixes to the CCMEO geo.ca web presence and updates/release of Lambda functions

• Fix regression on the search lambda related to searching for multiple keyword terms
• New Lambda (which reuses an existing API Gateway) for displaying viewer configuration service which is a wrapper API which aggregates services from multiple sources. For example, a future GeoView Configuration Service (GCS) and the existing Reuseable Accessible Mapping Service (RAMP) Configuration Service (RCS).
