Release V 0.9.71
This release fixes the broken plugin issue from v0.9.70.0, and fixes some other bugs caused by data folder locations.
CasperTech Ltd have now also digitally signed the installer package to prevent any security warnings from popping up on download.

This is an interim release while we conduct a major refactor of the codebase.
This release includes various bug fixes from CasperTech, as well as fixes contributed by ajwsert and Fluxifi - thanks!
We've also started on the road towards Mono support for Linux and Mac compatibility, though that is still a little while away owing to various p/invokes which need to be worked around.
There is no longer an x64 release. Why? Well, it was superfluous. If METAbolt uses over 4gb of memory, it's really not doing its job as a lightweight text client. Let's use faster 32-bit pointers instead!
I am going to be offering bounties to encourage people to assist with refactoring the code. Keep an eye on the "Issues" section of the GitHub tracker for more info.
