This bugfix release now allows:

proper installation with LaMachine v2
proper installation on OSX

This release also fixed:

some issues in dealing with the stoplist
some issues in installation in general (#6, #7, #8)
various compiler warnings

This release also removed the unused and probably not working LSA calculation.
