Support 16K page size for Android 15.
Drop the support of 32-bit ABI.
Bump the mini SDK level to API 23.
mmkv的2.0以上版本支持了16k pagesize，但是完全抛弃了对32位和api21设备的支持
这个项目只用到了mmkv一个三方原生库，升级后能够适配但是破坏性影响太大，fork了一份挂着pr自用
