This package implements all the functionality to make a sudoku game, board generator, etc.
It provides:
- Automated (valid) puzzle generation
- A backtracking algorithm for animating the solving of the sudoku puzzles
- A simple function to check if a given value is valid at a given position in a board
- An example of how one could package a game for the web without using flash:

The easiest way to get started is to install the lastest release from the releases tab.
If you're looking to compile from source, you'll need the following:
- Go installed and configured
- Lorca installed properly
Run the following commands to build the web assembly binary:
set GOOS=js
set GOARCH=wasm
go build -o ./examples/web/src/wasm/sudoku.wasm ./examples/web/
Or run the following to build/run a local webview game using the default wasm file:
cd ./examples/application/
go run ./
Make sure you set your GOOS and GOARCH back to defaults if you're compiling both.
Contributions are always welcome. If you're interested in contributing, send me an email or submit a PR.

Sudoku is a puzzle game that requires you to fill in the remainder of a 9x9 grid without reusing digits. In any given row, column, or nonet (square) there will be numbers 1-9, but there will be no repeating digits.
