Purpose
Fixes some small latex errors and makes typographical adjustments to some equations.

In equations docs, fixed rendering errors due to use of
\overbarinstead of\overline. See before and after:In edmf equations docs, fixed some typographical issues with
vs 
\tilde{u^j}vs\tilde{u}^j, and added commas at end of equations etc.
