PHPUnit 7 supprt / PHPUnit 6.x drop

Due to interface change in PHPUnit 7 we can't support both PHPUnit 7x. and 6.x
This release request PHPUnit 7.x and PHP 7.1+ as well.

If you can't update keep using 1.0 version.
