Adds a workflow template dialog
The workflows are taken from the examples repo, example preview images are examples so users can see the kind of thing the workflow does. These workflows will need updating/the exact templates to include is still tbd.
The test is very basic as im sure the example workflows will change, once they are settled we can add a screenshot validation to ensure the correct workflows are loaded.
