This adds support for easily adding new "column summarisers". That is, functions which reduce the contents of an entire column to a given summary value.
This puts in place some simple trace summarisers which provide useful information about the trace as a whole. At the moment, there are not that many useful trace summarisers. The ones included provide general information about the number of columns with a given bitwidth.

This adds a few more options to show different kinds of summary information using the
tracecommand.
