One thing to note, the correctness check installs NetCDF 1.7.0 and runs the tests using that. I'm not sure why/how it installs properly in that runner but not our Docker build 🤷‍♂️

I think this is fine for now though but we should raise it with the pyciemss team to preferably pin the version of NetCDF
