Docs: New VDP policy and repometrics directory
Problem
There have been some recent updates in
repo-scaffolder's Tier 3 templates that we would like reflected in our.githubrepo template:The CMS VDP has been updated to reflect the launch of our new bug bounty program! As a result, README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md needs to be updated accordingly. Additionally, location of
repometicshas been changed.Solution

repometricshas been moved from project root directory to the.githubdirectory.
