About the PR
Port Simple-Station/Einstein-Engines#715 ! After some talk in discord vulps don't have many unique features, this PR will give them a really special ability that is fun. The original PR has some issues which I'll need to fix so I'm going to put in in draft to get feedback on the idea and exact implementation.
